Ricky Williams, also known as Rick, is an incumbent member of the Georgia State Senate, representing District 25. He began his service in the Senate in January 2023, following six years in the Georgia House of Representatives from 2017 to 2023. Currently, he chairs the Senate Committee on Retirement and serves as Vice Chairman of the Ethics Committee, in addition to other committee roles. His district encompasses Baldwin, Butts, Jasper, Jones, and Putnam counties, as well as portions of Henry and Bibb counties. Williams, who also works as a Funeral Director, expresses a commitment to positive change and a thriving future for Georgia, and is seeking re-election in the Republican primary in May 2026.
