Rob Rafferty has been a resident of Lino Lakes since 1997. He attended Mounds View High School and studied at Moorhead State University and the University of Minnesota. For over 30 years, he was a minority owner of RRTL Architects. His extensive public service in Lino Lakes includes roles as a Council Member, Charter Commission Member, and Planning & Zoning Board Member before being elected Mayor. His current term as mayor runs from 2024 to 2025.
