Robert 'Bob' Rossi is a lifelong Agawam resident who served on the Agawam police force for 32 years, retiring at the rank of Lieutenant. He has served on the City Council since 1999. He earned a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice from Western New England University and a Master's Degree from American International College. He has also been an adjunct professor at Westfield State College and Springfield Technical Community College.
