Salem Derby is a candidate for Easthampton Mayoral Election in Easthampton, Massachusetts — 2025 General Election. Running as Non-Partisan.

Salem Derby has served on the Easthampton City Council for 22 years, including as president and vice president. He became interim Mayor in July 2025 after the resignation of the previous mayor. Derby is also a teacher at Northampton High School, a small business owner, and a member of the Wampanoag Tribe of Gay Head Aquinnah. His extensive experience in city government includes chairing the Ordinance, Public Safety, and Property Committees.
