Sandra Garrison has been a resident of Homer for 37 years. She has served on the Homer Town Council for 16 years, with 12 of those years in the position of Mayor Pro-Tem. She is a graduate of Commerce High School and is the owner of Sandra's Mini Storage. Garrison is a member of Homer United Methodist Church and is active in other civic organizations. She was married to the late Mack Garrison, Jr. and they have four children.
