Sanford 'Sandy' Whitman is serving his third term on the Duck Town Council. He and his family have been property owners in Duck since 1983, becoming permanent residents in 2014. He is a retired Electrical Contractor and was the President and CEO of Whitman Electric, Inc. in Kingston, NY for over 30 years. Prior to his election to the council, he served on the Town Planning Board and the Board of Adjustments. He is also a past Board Member of the National Electrical Contractors Association of the Hudson Valley.
