Spencer Jones

A Crofton resident and the owner of the well-known Annapolis restaurant Chick & Ruth's Delly, he is a community advocate and a graduate of Virginia Tech. Having taken over his family's business unexpectedly, Jones aims to bring his experience as a small business owner to the council to cut bureaucratic red tape.
