She also founded and led four businesses in the district, gaining insight into small business challenges. A 17-year resident of the 14th District, her personal experience as a caregiver for her husband and mother fuels her vision for a Caregivers Network. Black aims to restore accountability, integrity, and service, focusing on the needs of constituents over personal attention.
