Tara Battaglia is a Maryland politician currently running for the Republican Central Committee in Carroll County. A longtime Westminster resident, she graduated from Westminster High School in 1996 and studied at Carroll Community College and the University of Maryland Global Campus. She previously worked in the finance sector for several years before dedicating her time to raising her three children. Actively involved locally, she has served as a PTA treasurer and a 4-H club co-leader. Furthermore, Battaglia was elected to the Carroll County Board of Education in 2022, where she currently serves as the board's vice president.
