Terri Delaney Westcott

Terri Delaney Westcott is a Republican serving as the Register of Wills for Worcester County, Maryland. She assumed office in December 2018 and secured re-election in 2022. Before her election, Westcott dedicated eighteen years to the same office as the Chief Deputy Register of Wills from 2000 to 2018. She previously worked as a legal secretary at a private law firm between 1986 and 2000. Born in 1964, she graduated from Stephen Decatur High School in Berlin, Maryland. Her community involvement includes serving on the board of directors for the Worcester County Library Foundation and Worcester County Gold.
