Thomas 'Tommy' Brown is an attorney who moved to Oak Island in 2020. He completed the Town's Citizens Academy to better understand local government and has been consistently attending Council meetings. He aims to represent a younger generation of residents and brings skills in consensus building and problem-solving to the council.
