Toni (latanya) Stewart

Toni Stewart served one term as a Cumberland County Commissioner for District 2 from 2020 to 2024, including periods as Chairwoman and Vice Chairwoman. She holds a Doctor of Ministry in biblical counseling from Andersonville Theological Seminary, a master's degree in divinity from Family Bible College, a bachelor's in organizational management from Wilberforce University, and an associate's degree in legal studies. Her professional background includes serving as an Executive Director of a women's shelter and as a Guardian Ad Litem. She is also an Ordained Elder, a Certified Life Coach, and works as a Special Projects Manager at True Vine Ministries. Stewart has four children and three grandchildren.
