Tracy Ruell is a small business owner and candidate for the Michigan House of Representatives District 100. Raised on a farm in Big Rapids, Michigan, she entered the workforce at age 16 and spent over 20 years at McDonald's, eventually leading operations and managing multiple restaurants. She later worked at Meijer's corporate office and currently co-owns International Insulation Fabricator's Inc. with her husband. Ruell is also an active community volunteer.
