Virginia Roseman is a current member of the Boone Town Council, first appointed in the spring of 2021 and subsequently reelected in November 2021. She has lived in Boone since 2008. Roseman studied child development and family relations at Western Carolina University. Her professional experience includes working for the Southern Appalachian Historical Association and Horn in the West for eight years, and she is currently an event planner at a local supermarket. Prior to her council appointment, she served on several local boards, including the Boone Tourism Development Authority and the Board of Adjustments.
