Walter Hubley is a Quincy native and a graduate of Quincy Public Schools. He holds a Bachelor of Science in business administration and has certificates in leadership and management from The Thayer Leadership Development Group at West Point and MIT's Sloan School of Management. He works at The Community Builders, where he designs and implements security and technology systems for affordable housing communities across 18 states. Hubley is the co-founder of PorchFest Quincy and has led the Wollaston Hill Neighborhood Association for 14 years. He also served as president of the Rotary Club of Quincy. He and his wife, Kathryn, are former foster parents and have hosted international students. This is his first time running for office.
