Walter Reynolds is a fourth-generation native of Baldwin County and has served on the Milledgeville City Council for over a decade, having been elected as the youngest council member in the city's history. He is a graduate of local public schools, earned an associate's degree from Georgia Military College, and a bachelor's degree from Georgia College, where he is also a Master's in Public Administration candidate. His professional experience includes serving as the Interim Executive Director of the Central State Hospital Local Redevelopment Authority, where he helped lead initiatives that brought over $15 million in local economic impact.
