Wayne Herbert

Wayne Herbert has over 35 years of experience in the Marine Corps, serving in both uniform and civil service capacities. His roles have included leadership, problem-solving, planning, and fiscal responsibilities in various operational units and on General Officer staffs. He earned a Master of Science in Systems Management from the Naval Postgraduate School and continues to serve as a Senior Watch Officer for all-hazard events at Camp Lejeune.
