William Fountain

William "Bill" Fountain is a retired Air Force Lieutenant Colonel, where he served as a combat fighter pilot and defense planner. He later worked as a business manager and taught in middle and high school for ten years. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Mississippi State University, a Master's degree in Business Management and Supervision from Central Michigan University, and a teacher's license from UNC Charlotte. Fountain is a regular speaker at CMS board meetings and has run for the school board in previous elections.
