Candidacy fields

The full attribute set on a candidacy together with the entitlement each field requires. Field names are identical across Cypher, GraphQL, REST and bulk export.

Filing and ballot

`filing_date`	date	When the candidate filed
`filing_status`	enum	`pending`, `qualified`, `withdrawn` or `disqualified`
`ballot_access`	enum	How the candidate reached the ballot
`ballot_position`	integer	Printed order on the ballot
`ballot_name`	string	Name exactly as printed, which often differs from the legal name
`is_incumbent`	boolean	Currently holds the office being sought
`withdrawal_date`	date	Set when withdrawn or disqualified
`withdrawal_reason`	string	As stated by the filing authority

Federal finance

A blank entitlement means the field needs none. Coverage for each contact channel is on the Coverage page.

Issues and positioning

Contact fields carry obligations. Access to campaign_emails and campaign_phones is licensed under a separate addendum covering permitted use, suppression handling and jurisdictional restrictions, and personal contact details for a private individual are never licensed at any tier.
