Coverage
Two things matter when you evaluate election data, namely how far down the ballot it reaches and whether the rows at that depth are real. Ours are measured from the production graph rather than estimated.
Candidacies by jurisdiction tier
Every candidacy is resolved to the level of the office it seeks, and county level and below is both where the graph is deepest and where general-purpose vendors thin out.

Finance and FEC identifiers apply only to federal candidacies, so their share of the full set is low by construction and coverage within federal races is far higher.

Coverage is not only how many candidates we hold but how many jurisdictions we can actually locate on a map.

Read this table carefully. The Civoren column is measured from the production graph, while the competitor columns are our own assessment of published coverage rather than vendor-confirmed figures.

We are candid about the last row, because ballot measures are a known gap on our side and special districts are still early, but our advantage sits squarely in the four rows above them.
