Williams School of Law in 1995. He worked in private practice before joining the Fredericksburg Public Defender's Office in 2005. Subsequently, he worked in the Hanover Commonwealth Attorney's Office and joined the City of Colonial Heights Commonwealth's Attorney Office in 2007. He was promoted to Deputy Commonwealth's Attorney in 2011 and was first elected as the Commonwealth's Attorney for the City of Colonial Heights in 2018. He is married with two sons and is a member of the Colonial Heights Historical Society.
