Aijalon Carlton "A.C." Cordoza was born in New York City in 1989 and grew up in Hampton, Virginia. He graduated from Hampton High School in 2008 and served in the United States Air Force for three years. Following his honorable discharge, he earned an associate degree in information technology from Thomas Nelson Community College in 2016 and a B.S. in management information systems from Norfolk State University in 2017. His professional career includes working as a cybersecurity professional at Newport News Shipbuilding. Cordoza was first elected to the Virginia House of Delegates in 2021, representing the 91st district, and now represents the 86th district.
