She began her legal career as an Associate Attorney at Robert A. Mullinax, PLLC from 2015 to 2018. Following that, she served as an Assistant District Attorney from 2018 to 2022, where she gained trial experience and was the District Court Supervisor. In 2022, she established her own firm, Amber M. Eades, PLLC, and in 2025, she partnered with Ally Mashburn to start The Law Office of Crouch and Mashburn. She is the Vice Chair of the Young Republicans of Burke and Catawba Counties.
