Amy M. Riccardi

Amy Riccardi is the CEO and founder of Leadership Evolution Group, a management consulting firm. She is also an adjunct professor at George Mason University's Costello College of Business. Originally from the Houston, Texas area, she holds a bachelor's degree in communications from the University of North Texas and a Master of Education from George Mason University. A resident of Sterling Park for over 16 years, she is a mother of four public school graduates. Her past experience includes serving as a policy aide for a school board member and working at companies like McKinsey & Company.
