Andrew W. Hartless

Andrew Hartless was born and raised in Rockbridge County and moved to Lexington seven years ago. He is a 2020 graduate of Rockbridge County High School and a 2025 graduate of Mountain Gateway Community College with a degree in computer information and systems. He has worked in food service at Washington and Lee University and Virginia Military Institute. Currently, he serves as an assistant director for a local community theater. At age 17, he underwent a liver transplant, an experience that shaped his understanding of inequities in the healthcare system. He now volunteers as a medical advocate for pediatric transplant patients.
