Arben Istrefi is the incumbent Sterling District representative on the Loudoun County School Board, first elected in 2023. He is the Chief Operating Officer at CYDEO, a tech education company. A first-generation American, he earned a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from Seton Hall University and is an alumnus of Harvard Business School. Before his current role, he spent fifteen years as an IT and management consultant in the public sector. He lives in Ashburn with his wife and son.
