Barton "Bart" Randall is a 24-year U.S. Navy veteran who retired as a Master Chief in the nuclear field. He has been a resident of Garrisonville for nearly 20 years. His community involvement includes serving as the Vice Chair of the Stafford County Planning Commission from 2017 to 2021 and as a board member for the S.E.R.V.E. food pantry. He is currently an Acquisition Manager for the U.S. Coast Guard and serves on the Capital Improvement Plan Advisory Committee for Stafford County Public Schools.
