Ben Harman is the current Ward 4 City Councillor and is running for an At-Large seat. He grew up in Georgia and moved to Massachusetts for college, attending Boston University where he studied classical music. Professionally, he works in the technology sector and is currently the VP of People and Business Operations for Owl Labs. He has served on the Newburyport Human Rights Commission and is the Treasurer of the Board of Directors for Point Foundation, an LGBTQ+ scholarship-granting nonprofit.
