Ben Wheeler is a technology educator, community advocate, and father of two children in Somerville Public Schools. He grew up in Cambridge, lived in New York City and the Republic of Georgia, and returned to Somerville in 2018. He holds a master's degree in education from Harvard and has designed computer science curricula for public schools. Wheeler has experience as an engineer at Scratch, an MIT-based nonprofit, and has organized with labor unions. He is an active member of the Somerville Community Land Trust.
