Benjamin Arthur Land, known as Ben, is an Incumbent Associate Justice of the Georgia Supreme Court, having assumed office on July 24, 2025, following an appointment by Governor Brian Kemp. He is a candidate for Georgia Supreme Court Justice - Seat 7 in the 2026 Primary Election. Land earned both his undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Georgia, graduating summa cum laude from law school in 1992. Prior to his Supreme Court role, he served as a judge on the Georgia Court of Appeals from 2022 to 2025, and as a Superior Court judge from 2018. He previously managed his own private law firm.
