Brian Witt is the current Deputy Treasurer for the City of Lynchburg, a position he has held for five years. He has a professional certification as a master governmental deputy treasurer. Prior to his current role, he had a career in healthcare and financial operations, including serving as Chief Operating Officer at the Free Clinic of Central Virginia and Director of Cardiovascular Practice Operations at Centra Health. Witt also served for 26 years on active duty in the U.S. Air Force. He holds degrees in Economics from Hampden-Sydney College and Health Administration from Baylor University.
