Clifton Eugene "Cliff" Hayes Jr. is a lifelong Chesapeake resident and has served in the Virginia House of Delegates since 2016. He has a background in information technology, having worked for Norfolk Public Schools and the Chesapeake Sheriff's Office. He earned a B.S. from Norfolk State University and a Master of Management from Cambridge College. Prior to his state-level service, he was a member of the Chesapeake City Council from 2004 to 2012.
