Candi Patrice Mundon King

Candi Patrice Mundon King is an American politician serving as a Democratic member of the Virginia House of Delegates, representing the 23rd district. She assumed office in January 2021 after winning a special election. Before her political career, she worked as a nonprofit program manager and an education advocate. King earned a bachelor's degree in political science from Norfolk State University. In the House of Delegates, she serves as Chair of the Counties, Cities, and Towns Committee and Vice Chair of Public Safety. She has lived in Dumfries, Virginia.
