Cathy M. Kimberlin

Cathy M. Kimberlin has served as the Covington Commissioner of the Revenue since she was first elected in 2005. Prior to her election, she was the Deputy Commissioner of the Revenue for 18 years. She graduated from Covington High School in 1979 and received a certificate in clerical studies from Dabney S. Lancaster Community College in 1981. Before working for the City of Covington in 1987, she worked at Westvaco Corporation for six years. She is a lifelong resident of Covington and is a member of Edgemont Presbyterian Church, where she serves as treasurer, deacon, and chair of the finance committee.
