Chris E. Rehak has served as the Radford City Commonwealth's Attorney since May 2004. He previously served as the Assistant Commonwealth's Attorney for the city starting in July 2000. Before becoming a prosecutor, he worked as a Roanoke County police officer from 1992 to 1996. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Radford University in 1992 and a Juris Doctorate from Drake University in 1999.
