Crystal D. Hale

Crystal D. Hale is a lifelong, fifth-generation resident of Orange County, raised on Black Walnut Farm in District 4, where she still lives. She is a graduate of Orange County Public Schools, as are her two children. Hale earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration (MBA). She served as the Director of Social Services for Orange County for over seven years before accepting a position with Fauquier County. She was selected as the interim District 4 Supervisor in July 2023 and was elected in November 2023 to complete the remainder of the term.
