Dan J. Farnsworth

Dan J. Farnsworth, Jr. is the Founder and Managing Member of the Pettus / Farnsworth Law Firm, which has offices in Keysville, Virginia, and Greenville, South Carolina. He earned a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Virginia Tech in 1991 and his law degree from the University of South Carolina in 1994. His legal career includes serving as an Assistant Solicitor in South Carolina, where he prosecuted violent crimes and drug cases. After returning to his native South Central Virginia, he established a law office and served two terms as President of the Tenth Circuit Bar Association. His practice areas have included wrongful death, injury cases, criminal defense, and real estate.
