David A. Reid

David Reid has served in the Virginia House of Delegates since 2018. He is a retired U.S. Navy Reserves Intelligence Officer, where he served for 23 years and retired as a Commander. Growing up, he and his siblings were placed in an orphanage in Richmond. He later moved to Oklahoma with foster parents and was the first in his family to earn a college degree. He serves on the House Appropriations Committee, is the Vice Chair of the Transportation Committee, and serves on the Privileges & Elections Committee.
