He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Agriculture Economics from Oklahoma State University and an MBA from Mount St. Mary's University. Durr is actively involved in the community, volunteering at the Culpeper Food Closet and serving as Treasurer for the Culpeper Mid-Day Lions Club.
