David Durr was elected to the Board of Supervisors in 2021 to represent the Cedar Mountain District and currently serves as the Chairman. He retired as the General Manager of Culpeper Farmers' Cooperative in 2017 and previously managed several agricultural businesses. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Agriculture Economics from Oklahoma State University and an MBA from Mount St. Mary's University. Durr is actively involved in the community, volunteering at the Culpeper Food Closet and serving as Treasurer for the Culpeper Mid-Day Lions Club.
