David S. Goosman

David S. Goosman has been a resident of Spotsylvania for over 22 years. He served for 21 years as an active-duty Air Force officer. After retiring from the military in 2002, he worked as a DoD contractor for seven years and has spent the last 15 years as a DoD civilian with the Marine Corps at Quantico. His educational background includes a Bachelor's in Computer Engineering and a Master's in Information Systems. Goosman also serves as Vice-Chairman of the Spotsylvania Economic Development Authority, the Berkeley representative on the Transportation Committee, a deacon at Calvary Baptist Church, and is a former Election Chief.
