She is an Emmy award-winning documentary producer focusing on social justice issues, including a film about affordable housing in Somerville. Eldridge is the Chair of the Somerville Special Education Parent Advisory Council (SSEPAC) and has advocated for families and students for years. She is an alumna of the Emerge Massachusetts program, which trains Democratic women to run for office.
