Eric P. Klotz is a decorated U.S. Navy combat veteran who served for 24 years, including 19 years in Naval Special Forces (SWCC). Born in Fairfield, California, he enlisted at age 18. After sustaining injuries overseas in 2006 and recovering, he worked in intelligence operations in Africa before retiring in 2014. He earned an associate degree from Virginia Western Community College in 2022 and now works as a certified radiologic technologist in magnetic resonance imaging at Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital. He lives in Hardy, Virginia, with his wife of 29 years, Tracey, and they have two adult sons.
