Forrest Miller is a U.S. Army veteran who was born and raised in Alabama. He enlisted in 2000, later retired as a warrant officer, and is a Bronze Star Medal recipient. His military assignments included the White House Communications Agency and the 82nd Airborne Division, with two combat tours in Iraq and Afghanistan. Miller holds a Master's degree in Network and Communication Management, a Bachelor of Science in Technical Management, and an Associate of Applied Science in Network Administration. He previously identified as a moderate Republican but now aligns with the Democratic party. He resides in Spotsylvania County with his wife, who is also a veteran and former law enforcement officer, and their two children.
