Francis Jacobson

Francis Jacobson is a former Deputy Sheriff for the City of Newport News. He identifies as a transformational leader, workplace consultant, and trainer who has worked with government and corporate organizations. He is an entrepreneur and community development strategist, having founded organizations like the Impact Youth Foundation and Newport News for Young People Initiative. Jacobson graduated from the Alpha Institute of Communication and Journalism and completed programs at the Hampton Roads Criminal Justice Academy, including Basic Jailor training. He is currently pursuing a degree in Criminal Justice at Liberty University. He is also an author of three books on topics of career and personal development.
