Frank Huffman III is a lifelong resident of Buena Vista and a 1995 graduate of Parry McCluer High School. He studied information systems and networking at Dabney S. Lancaster Community College. For the past 20 years, he has been involved in his family's businesses. This is his first time running for elective office.
