Frank Santoro has 42 years of experience in public education as a teacher and administrator in Boston, Brookline, and Quincy. He is a retired principal of Quincy High School and also served as principal at Central Middle School. Santoro previously served on the School Committee for two terms in the late 1980s and was re-elected after his retirement. He is a graduate of Quincy Public Schools, as are his two children. He holds an associate degree from Quincy College and attended Framingham State College. He also serves on the Board of Governors for Quincy College and the Board of Directors for Quincy Asian Resources (QARI).
