Fred A. Brewer, Jr.

Fred A. Brewer, Jr. was appointed as the Interim At-Large Board Member for the Gloucester County School Board on March 18, 2025, with a term ending December 31, 2025. Before relocating to Gloucester in 2019, he served for 12 years on the Hampton City School Board, including five years as chairman. His professional career was in retail management with Hofheimer's, Inc and Rackroom Shoes until his retirement in 2016. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology from Old Dominion University. Brewer is a community volunteer and a member of the Gloucester Educational Foundation. He and his wife, Alicia, reside in Gloucester Point and have grandchildren enrolled in Gloucester County Public Schools.
