Gerald W. Garber is a lifelong resident of Weyers Cave, Virginia, and a dairy farmer. He is the President and co-owner of Cave View Farms, Inc., a large dairy and feed operation. He has a long history of service on the Augusta County Board of Supervisors, having been elected in 1988, 2008, and 2017. He has served as Chairman and Vice-Chairman of the board multiple times. In addition to his role on the board, Garber is the Chairman of the Shenandoah Valley Airport Commission.
