Gerald W. Garber is a lifelong resident of Weyers Cave, Virginia, and a dairy farmer. He is the President and co-owner of Cave View Farms, Inc., a large dairy and feed operation. He has a long history of service on the Augusta County Board of Supervisors, having been elected in 1988, 2008, and 2017. He has served as Chairman and Vice-Chairman of the board multiple times. In addition to his role on the board, Garber is the Chairman of the Shenandoah Valley Airport Commission. His farming operation has been recognized with a "Clean Water Farm" award for conservation practices.
