H. Otto Wachsmann, Jr.

H. Otto Wachsmann Jr. is a pharmacist and politician. He attended the College of William & Mary and earned a Bachelor of Science in pharmacy from the VCU School of Pharmacy. His career includes working as a pharmacist for Peoples Drug, an office manager at A. H. Robins Company, and an administrative role at the Bernard J. Dunn School of Pharmacy of Shenandoah University. In 2003, he returned to his hometown of Stony Creek, Virginia, to take over his father's pharmacy. He was first elected to the Virginia House of Delegates in November 2021, initially representing the 75th district. Following redistricting, he now represents the 83rd district and was re-elected in 2023.
