Ian Baltutis is a former two-term Mayor of Burlington, serving from 2015 to 2021. He is a 2008 graduate of Elon University with a degree in Business Entrepreneurship. He founded and manages Vibration Solution LLC, a product design and manufacturing company. After his mayoral terms, he studied City Planning and Public Administration at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
